WebPAY accepts payments for any type of transactions on-line. The most common types of transactions include student fees, academic transcripts, library fines, parking permits and short courses. Transaction types are unlimited and can be self defined by the university. Data collected within transactions are validated against core-systems in real-time to reduce reconciliation errors. Updates to student, finance and other core campus systems can be done in real-time or batch depending updon the system capability. Payments for on-line transactions can be accepted using credit cards or the pay later facility. The latter includes BPay, Postbillpay and the ability to pay a cashier using the unique reference. All payments gateways recommended are PCI-DSS approved. WebPAY also provides the university with:-
